Welcome to Pothawira International! As a non-profit organization, we empower individuals in developing countries to achieve their full potential by providing access to quality healthcare, education and economic opportunity. In doing so, we hope to change the world.

We know what you are thinking. That seems rather ambitious. How can you possibly do that?

The answer may sound trivial, but we believe it to be profoundly true … one person at a time in one place at a time.

Have you ever used Google Earth? The program is amazing. It let’s you virtually go to any place around the globe on your computer or phone. But here’s the deal. You have to click somewhere on the map for Google Earth to work. Once you do, the application zeros in on a particular longitude and latitude. A starting point.

That’s what we hope to do with our initiatives, beginning in Malawi with the Pothawira Village. We will support programs that impact individuals who will then be able to make a difference in the lives of their families, community and nation.
